Today, and i was trying to attain regular breathing as I'm having a hard time doing that spontaneously on my won, I was trying to put my mind into something else but freakin' out in my office.

I checked post secret and i found out that Frank - the host, is hoping to turn post secret into a multimedia blog and as i followed a link to this week featured video i watched this:

I will probably go check myself into a hospital in a little while.
